When do I have to be out of my apartment?

Q: When do I have to be out of my apartment?
A: May 24th at NOON if you reside at 700 Market Street, 926 South 8th Street, 625 South 8th Street, or 618 South 9th Street.
A: May 30th at NOON if you reside at 801 La Crosse Street, or 1261 La Crosse Street.
Q: When do I get my security deposit back?
A: Security deposits are returned within 21 days of the last day of your lease term. It will be mailed to the specified address and designated person for your premises in the form of one check.
Q: When is my Move In Condition form due?
A: It is due within seven (7) days of your acceptance of your keys. Late forms will not be accepted. Please mail forms to Biondo Properties, LLC: 1247 La Crosse Street, La Crosse, WI 54601.
Q: Do my roommates need to approve of my subleasor?
A: Yes, roommates do have to approve of any subleasor, but they cannot unreasonably refuse a subleasor either.
Q: Do I need to be present when you check out my apartment at the end of my lease?
A: No, you do not need to be present.
Q: How often do I need to test my smoke detector (and carbon monoxide detector if applicable)?
A: Once per month, it may be helpful to set a reminder on your calendar.
Q: What should I do if someone is parked in my parking space?
A: If you know who's vehicle please be courteous and make a reasonable attempt to find the owner. If that is unsuccessful, call Don's Towing and Auto Repair at (608)784-5872.
Q: I am locked out of my apartment/house/bedroom who do I call?
A: Call American Lock & Key at (608)782-7777 and pay them accordingly.
Q: Can we change our automatic rent withdrawal to another account?
A: Yes, but you must notify us and complete the new form a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the next withdrawal.
